1. GENERAL

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") apply to all orders and sales transactions via the website www.littlekingsqueens.shop (the "webshop") with regard to the products offered on the website ( "Products)"). By placing an order on www.littlekingsqueens.shop you accept these Terms and Conditions completely and without reservation. The Seller reserves the right to change the Sales Conditions if necessary. Any changes to the Terms of Sale will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of change.

2. PLACE AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE www.little-kings-and-queens.be

To order Products on www.littlekingsqueens.shop, you must meet the following conditions:

3. PROCESSING THE ORDER

Orders placed via www.littlekingsqueens.shop will only become binding on the Seller after the Seller has accepted your order. We can choose to accept your order for whatever reason.

After we have received your order, we will send a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail with your order number and details of the ordered Products. Separate costs for shipping, processing and any applicable taxes are displayed when you place your order.

The shipping costs are indicated at the shopping basket. The rates for the Benelux and France are listed below. For shipping to other countries, please contact us to receive the correct rate.


5. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS 

The Seller does not guarantee that all Products advertised on the website www.littlekingsqueens.shop are available. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice, to change certain Products, to remove them from the assortment, or to no longer make them available.

We try to deliver ordered products on time. There may, however, be reasons why we can not send in time and our target dates are not met. A delivery date must therefore be regarded as a non-binding estimate and not as a result obligation to deliver the Products on the target date.

You must check within a reasonable time after delivery whether you have received the products in good condition and whether the contents of the package are complete. It is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible of any damage to the Products or any shortages.

In the event that you postpone the delivery or receipt of products unreasonably long after we have informed you that we have tried to deliver the products to you, or if you have provided a wrong delivery address that has failed the delivery, the Products will be returned us. 7. PAYMENT

We use Multisafepay for the processing of online payments. We do not have access to the confidential payment details of our buyers. Payment is only made via an approved payment card. The costs will be charged when the ordered Products are shipped. We will only deliver the Products to you if the issuer of the card has approved the use of the card for payment of the ordered Products.

8. RETURN SHIPMENTS
