  • Can I also purchase gift vouchers via the webshop?

    Yes, very nice to surprise someone! This way, the mothers can choose the best things for their kids, or those teenagers can choose the hippest outfit themselves.

  • Are the colors of the products identical to what I get delivered at home?

    Certainly, but keep in mind that the photo on your screen may show a slight deviation compared to the actual product. This depends on the screen type you use and the settings you have chosen. Even on the best screens, a photo will always give a slightly different impression than with a paper photo or the actual article.

  • What is the delivery time of my order?

    At Little Kings and Queens we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
    A standard shipment is delivered within 48 hours. Orders that were placed and paid on a working day before 12 o'clock, are shipped the same day. Do you choose to pick up? Then come to our store Little Kings and Queens, Maenhoutstraat 7, 9830 Sint-Martens-Latem. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday (10 am to 6 pm).

  • Can I exchange a purchased product?

    Did you make a mistake? Did you order the wrong size? That can happen to anyone ....
    Would you like to return a purchase from the webshop? Below you will find the return instructions. Follow this carefully and everything will be alright! If you want to dispense with your purchase in your capacity as consumer, you can exchange or return your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the contents of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    1. Register your return in writing by mail (or by letter): (hello@littlekingsqueens.shop) stating your order number in the subject of your e-mail. Also state the reason for the return (too large, too small, not according to expectation, ...).

    2. Send your return, unworn, with all labels and packaging within 14 days back to:

    3. In your package with the return items, add a document with the following information:

    • your order number + name
    • the reason for the return


    4. Refund?

    • Your return will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt.
    • Would you like a voucher? Mention this when you return and we will email you the voucher.
    • Shipping costs are not refunded.


    5. Exchange?
    Do you want to order a new article? Order this in the webshop and go through the normal ordering and payment process, so we do not delay the delivery of your new pieces.

    6. What can not you return?

    • For hygienic reasons, bath- and underwear will not be returned.
    • Items of which labels have been removed and / or items that are worn or damaged will not be returned
    • Items bought in the physical shop in Sint-Martens-Latem can be exchanged, on presentation of the receipt and within 14 days. Items purchased in the physical shop are never refunded.


    7. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Little Kings and Queens is open from Tuesday to Saturday. Opening hours:

    Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00. Saturday open continuously from 10:00 to 18:00.

    Occasionally we are also open on Sundays, this information can be found on our social media channels: Facebook and Instagram.

  • How do you deal with my personal information?

    Your personal information will be included in the customer base of Little Kings and Queens for the execution of the agreement / order, conducting responsible customer and risk management and any marketing purposes.
    Your details will never be provided or sold to third parties. You are always entitled to access and correct your data in our database. Simply contact our customer service. If you have an account, simply log in to the site to adjust your details yourself.

PAYMENT

  • Payment information

    We work together with Multisafepay for the processing of online payments. We do not have access to the confidential payment details of our buyers. Payment is only made via an approved payment card. Approved payment cards are listed on the website of www.little-kings-and-queens.be. You must provide the details of the payment card when you place your order. The costs will be charged when the ordered Products are shipped. We will only deliver the Products to you if the issuer of the card has approved the use of the card for payment of the ordered Products.
